Adult Tennis

We offer a variety of programs for adults of all ages and cater to all levels of fitness. Whether you are looking to improve technique, get competitive or come along for a social hit, our adult tennis programs are lots of fun as well as a great way to stay fit and healthy.

Adult Group Lessons

Our experienced coaches offer an adult clinic every Wednesday and Friday morning from 7am-9am for just $10. Bring an extra $3 and enjoy our amazing barista made coffee with your new friends from coaching!

Cardio Tennis

Its social – playing Cardio Tennis with friends doubles the fun.
It’s fun and entertaining – with varied exercises and great music, Cardio Tennis will have you and your friends fit, firing and feeling great!
It’s energizing – you’ll feel great afterwards.
Opens up a new tennis world – it will naturally improve your tennis skills (whether you have played or not)
It’s results-focused – as it helps women burn 1260 to 2100 kilojoules per hour and men can burn between 2100 to 3360 kilojoules per hour.
It’s adaptable – appealing to all abilities and levels of fitness, so you get the most out of it.

A true Cardio Tennis session comprises six key components. These include:

  • warm-up, cardio segment (drill-based and play-based activities) and cool down
  • music – 120 to 150 beats per minute
  • heart rate monitors and regular heart rate checks
  • low-compression balls
  • Cardio Burst activities (15-20 second aerobic activities such as agility ladders, footwork activities etc.)
  • the coach (energetic, enthusiastic and engaging.
