Congratulations to Carl Bozicevic & Jacque Ganet for taking out the TMGoz Elite 1 Thursday Night Competition!
Last Thursday night we saw the minor premiers Carl & Jacque take on Coaching Director Nathan Peach & Ben Scott in the first final of 2016. Carl & Jacque put on a dominant display and showed why they were the team to beat all season getting off to a flyer in the doubles 9-2. Carl then took on Ben in the first singles tie, beating him 9-5. Next up Nathan vs Jacque. While Nathan put up a fight, it wasn’t to be as the free swinging Jacque took the match to make the final a clean sweep.
Myself and the players are very grateful of the ever present spectator support we receive week in week out. You really create a great atmosphere for the players.
The next season will start 14 July 2016, with Head Coach Lachie Treacher back in the comp, ready to challenge for the title!
